Company, multiple and group headshot sessions are priced on a per job basis, please call.

We allow time for sitters to relax and invariably take a large number of images from which the pre-selection is chosen from. Our interest is in supplying high quality headshots, this isn’t to be confused with the ‘smile please – shoot and go’ experience.

Clients are encouraged to consider what they are looking to achieve from their session and are welcome to discuss their aims prior to the session.

We have a good range of answers to FAQs here.

Payment can be made by cash, BACS or card; we make a small surcharge to cover the card costs.

We issue an invoice after the session that has our BACS payment details on it.

New clients are asked to pay by return of invoice. If clients bring cash to the sessions we issue a paper receipt and supply an invoice marked paid soon afterwards.

Final files are issued only once payment is made in full, we have had to take this approach following abuse of our trust.

COVID Precautions

The studio is in a low-use basement part of a shared building. There is a hand sanitiser at the main entrance to the building and I put one outside the studio when clients are visiting. Surfaces that headshot sitters are likely to come into contact with are wiped down before and after.

Due to the nature of the studio it is unlikely that anyone other than myself will have used the studio itself for a couple of days prior to a headshot visit unless we are doing multiple shots in a sitting.

Part of the process has previously been that we breakout and view the images on a laptop to consider progress. At this time we have added a second monitor to maintain this important aspect of the service whilst maintaining social distancing.

We ask clients to bring their own water at the moment although in the mornings Matt is selling coffee from Timber Coffee in the crescent.
