Julie-Ann contacted me recently with a rush request for some headshots to support a forthcoming print feature. To be honest we know each other and I have photographed her fantastic architectural design work previously.

I always suggest that clients allow plenty of time to get to a headshot sitting in a calm state, and also to allow plenty of parking time to avoid any unnecessary stress. I’d like to say that a car malfunction prior to a headshot session is a new one on me, but to be fair I have been let down by my own car once and I was the photographer.

So, for someone with a car annoyance, a busy schedule, and a disdain for being photographed we seem to have had a bit of a result here.

Thank you Julie-Ann, it was fun.
